The process

1. Initial Consultation

An initial consultation via email or phone call is the first step. The purpose is to understand the collector’s vision, select the best photograph that will serve as the reference for the painting, desired size and any specific requirements or modifications.

2. Quotation and agreement

A clear outline of the project’s cost and timeline will be provided and a contract will be signed. A 50% deposit is required and the remainder of the painting fee is due upon approval of the finished painting.

3. Progress

Progress photos and updates will be sent to ensure the painting aligns with the collector’s vision. After the painting is complete, photos will be sent for the final review. Any small requested adjustments or corrections will be made to ensure complete satisfaction.

4. Delivery

After the painting is dry and varnished, it will be gallery wrapped and ready for shipping or pick up. Shipping cost is not included unless otherwise specified. The painting will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
